Property Manager

Job Summary
The experienced Property Manager will lead a portfolio of residential properties in our London, ON branch, ensuring day-to-day operations are on schedule and within prescribed budgets. Strategic decisions will be made to optimize property operations, with a focus on cost management and tenant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team to maintain high performance standards
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
- Drive NOI growth through revenue management and cost controls
- Plan and implement capital expenditure plans for properties
- Maintain a safe and efficient operating environment
- Liaise with the Legal department on resident matters
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Review and analyze financial statements
- Develop and implement a leasing strategy
- Maintain on-call availability for emergency support
Requirements
- Experience in residential high-rise property management required
- Previous management experience necessary
- Bachelor degree/diploma from a recognized university or college required
- Knowledge of building systems an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities
- Strong people skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer and technology skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
