Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Farhi Holdings Corporation. As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and that our tenants are satisfied with their experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and supervise rental agents and building superintendents to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
  • Negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of the property owner, ensuring that terms are met and that our interests are protected.
  • Ensure that lease agreements are met, and that our properties are well-maintained, and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Hire and supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties to ensure the efficient operation of our properties.
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied.
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied.
  • Monitor progress and cost of work for property owners to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our interests are protected.
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our interests are protected.
  • Prepare expense and income reports to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our interests are protected.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial property management.
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
