Homestead Land Holdings Limited is a leading owner of multi-residential apartment buildings in Canada. As a Property Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for managing staff, fostering positive working relationships, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of your portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff performance and foster positive working relationships
  • Responsible for managing NOI and CAPEX budget in your portfolio
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Analyze monthly financial statements
  • Be available Monday to Friday during the day and on call for emergency situations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma from a recognized college or university
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and computer skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Results-oriented and reliable
