Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Farhi Holdings Corporation.

Job Summary:

The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our commercial properties, ensuring that they are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Supervise Rental Agents and Building Superintendents: Recruit, train, and manage a team of rental agents and building superintendents to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our tenants are satisfied.
  • Negotiate or Approve Rental or Lease of Properties: Work with property owners to negotiate or approve rental or lease agreements, ensuring that the terms of the agreements are met.
  • Ensure Terms of Lease Agreements are Met: Monitor and enforce the terms of lease agreements to ensure that our tenants are complying with the agreements.
  • Hire and Supervise Support Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of support staff to perform operational, clerical, or maintenance duties.
  • Prepare and Administer Contracts: Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance, to ensure that our properties are well-maintained.
  • Coordinate Implementation of Repairs, Maintenance, and Renovation: Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to ensure that our properties are well-maintained.
  • Monitor Progress and Cost of Work: Monitor the progress and cost of work for property owners to ensure that our properties are being managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Compile and Maintain Records: Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income to ensure that our properties are being managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare Expense and Income Reports: Prepare expense and income reports to ensure that our properties are being managed efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure Response to Trouble Calls: Ensure that our tenants receive a prompt response to trouble calls.
Supervision:

The Commercial Property Manager will supervise a team of 5-10 people.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

The Commercial Property Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to work under pressure. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Personal Suitability:

The Commercial Property Manager must have excellent client focus, dependability, and organizational skills. The position requires a team player who can work effectively with others.
