About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales, Artistry and Education Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have sales, education, artistry and management experience, with a proven track record in the cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive retail sales in select doors and develop in-store partnerships to increase brand awareness.
  2. Train Beauty Advisors and Lead Beauty Advisors on artistry tips and techniques to strengthen the brand's artistry heritage.
  3. Prioritize key shopping moments and execute weekly events to surpass monthly event objectives.
  4. Manage secondary/travel markets and lead a larger territory with a robust freelance team.
  5. Develop and nurture retailer relationships to increase product revenue volume in hero categories.
  6. Lead by example in all aspects of the business, including sales, training, and artistry.
  7. Recruit, hire, and train freelance team members to support in-store events and training.
  8. Plan, manage, and participate in special events and trainings to provide consumer insight to the leadership team.
  9. Manage store fixture updates and replacements in partnership with store operations teams.
  10. Execute retailer programs and promotions to drive sales and brand awareness.
  11. Adhere to budget guidelines and manage freelance support scheduling.
  12. Some travel may be required within the designated territory.

Requirements

  1. Mandatory cosmetics industry experience and artistry skills.
  2. 3+ years of cosmetic sales experience in a Specialty-Multi selling environment.
  3. Previous experience as an Account Coordinator or Sales Leader with designated market responsibility.
  4. Proven success in leadership or management role.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Detail-oriented and passionate about Patrick Ta Beauty.
  7. Proactive team player and collaborator.
  8. Organized with exceptional time-management skills.
  9. Must be completely self-motivated.
  10. Leadership skills; must be able to motivate and mentor large freelance teams.
  11. Proven cosmetics sales track record is required.
  12. Must have a flexible style and be able to adapt to changes quickly.
  13. Ability to commute within the given territory.
  14. Multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  15. Ability to set clear goals and priorities.
  16. Must be willing and able to travel.
  17. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
