About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BSW Beauty Supply O/A Rex Beauty Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and optimize inventory levels.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure timely restocking of shelves.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent performance.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills
