We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing talent, inspiring your team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service, to meet or exceed sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols to protect customers, associates, and store assets.
- Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
- Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
- Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers to enhance success.
- Passion for all things hair and beauty

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:
The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting moderately heavy items. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, and odors upon occasion.
