About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BSW Beauty Supply O/A Rex Beauty Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Merchandising and Display: Plan and implement visually appealing store displays, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage store finances, including cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory control.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of retail management experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
