About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BSW Beauty Supply O/A Rex Beauty Inc. as a key member of our retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize purchases and returns of merchandise, ensuring timely receipt of stock and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Store Operations: Establish and maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
