We are currently seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to become a vital part of our team. In this position, you will work closely with various departments to advance our strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass financial forecasting, long-term planning, reporting, and analytical assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and sustain financial models tailored for product and engineering divisions.
  • Deliver analytical insights to departmental leaders, quantifying financial ramifications.
  • Contribute to comprehensive three-statement modeling forecasts and annual budgeting processes.
  • Assist product and engineering teams by developing frameworks for value assessment.
  • Support capitalization and expense procedures to ensure precise financial reporting.
  • Advance finance organization initiatives through process enhancement and software integration.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis environment with an emphasis on model development and large data analysis.
  • Prior collaboration with product and engineering teams in a tech-focused setting is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication skills across various departments.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Willingness to learn new systems such as ERP and data visualization tools.
  • Experience within technology organizations is preferred.
  • Capability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a team-oriented environment.
