Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

We are seeking a highly skilled Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with senior management to drive business growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support business decision-making.
- Strategic Business Partner: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support project implementation.
- Financial Reporting: Design and implement financial reporting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial performance to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Business Analytics: Develop and maintain business analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making, including data visualization and statistical analysis.
- Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the team's success.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Graduate degree preferred.
- Experience: 15 years of experience in corporate finance, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
- Certifications: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
