About the Role

LRC INC. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating financial risk, examining and analyzing financial and investment information, and providing investment advice and recommendations to clients and senior company officials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Evaluate financial risk, examine and analyze financial and investment information, and prepare company, industry, and economic outlooks, analytical reports, briefings notes, and correspondence.
  • Investment Advice: Provide investment advice and recommendations to clients, senior company officials, pension fund managers, securities agents, and associates.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets, plan short- and long-term cash flows, and assess financial performance.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and other financial documents as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
