Logistics and Sample Management Specialist

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming clients with a friendly and positive demeanor
  • Receiving and processing client samples
  • Unpacking and organizing samples according to analytical needs
  • Sorting, distributing, filtering, and preserving samples
  • Entering client samples into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
  • Redirecting samples as necessary
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies
  • Coordinating delivery and preparing requests for bottle orders
  • Labeling and dispensing acids in bottles as per safety regulations
  • Verifying the accuracy of sorted bottles
  • Packing bottles securely in coolers, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations
  • Ensuring cleanliness and good condition of coolers
  • Processing and printing bottle orders from LIMS for timely shipment
  • Preparing sample containers and necessary supplies for collection
  • Receiving and verifying supplies and goods, delivering them to designated areas
  • Coordinating with various couriers for efficient pickup and delivery
  • Maintaining stock of sampling containers and media
  • Performing additional responsibilities as assigned
