About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at 18 WHEELS LOGISTICS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and prioritize orders received from customers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods.
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demand, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a production or logistics role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and database software.
