Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team at 18 WHEELS LOGISTICS LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating production activities, managing work orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Coordination
    • Compile and prioritize production orders and instructions received from customers
    • Develop and implement plans to optimize production workflows
    • Monitor and revise production schedules and materials requirements
  • Work Order Management
    • Track and complete work orders in a timely and accurate manner
    • Coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure seamless production
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular production reports to management
    • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Experience
    • 2 years of experience in a production or logistics role
  • Skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in MS Office and database software
