Retail Store Manager

At MacEwen, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks to ensure seamless store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandising and Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
