Retail Store Manager

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply chain issues in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to achieve business objectives
- 3-4 years of retail management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure to meet sales targets and customer expectations.

1 to less than 7 months of retail management experience is required. Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours of work per week is offered.
