Retail Store Manager

At MacEwen, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve merchandising.
- Store Operations: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and policies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
