Retail Store Manager

Join MacEwen as a Retail Store Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise a team of 3-4 employees, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
