Retail Store Manager

At MacEwen, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always well-stocked and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances
- Order merchandise and manage our inventory levels to ensure we always have the products our customers want
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our store is always well-staffed
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, including cashiers, retail salespersons and sales clerks, and staff in various areas of responsibility
We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual who is able to work well under pressure and who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements:- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent position with 40 hours per week
- Fluency in English
