Cleanliness and Maintenance Supervisor

Mazy's Maintenance & Cleaning Services is seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our office buildings, commercial facilities, and hospitals/medical facilities or clinics.

Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance services.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate financial records.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and manual dexterity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work conditions.
