Mazy's Maintenance & Cleaning Services is seeking a skilled Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Hire and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning and maintenance services
  • Recommend additional services required to maintain our facilities, such as painting or repairs
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Establish work schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Physical ability to perform manual tasks and handle heavy loads
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and adapt to changing circumstances
