Key Role Within the Caisse Network:

Wealth Management Consultant: Address the financial needs of members by formulating strategies and presenting investment, financing, and insurance options.

Additional Key Roles and Brief Descriptions:

  • Client Experience Advisor: Assist members and clients by guiding them through existing applications and technological tools that empower them to manage transactions independently.
  • Financial Services Representative: Collaborate with personal finance advisors to enhance the service experience for members (administrative/sales/service).
  • Personal Financial Consultant: Cater to members' investment and financing requirements while ensuring a high standard of service.
