The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a skilled Financial Planner to join its TD Wealth team. As a Financial Planner, you will play a key role in providing personalized wealth planning and protection services to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals in a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with mass affluent investing clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored financial planning expertise.
- Financial Planning and Advice: Conduct comprehensive financial planning and analysis to make recommendations for continuous improvement, ensuring clients' financial well-being.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to team goals and enhance customer service standards, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional client experiences.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions for clients.
- Mentorship: Mentor others and maintain a culture of risk management, promoting a culture of excellence within the team.
Requirements:
- Licensing and Certifications: IQPF licensing required, Canadian Securities Course (CSC) mandatory.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of banking experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CIRO License: CIRO license preferred.
- Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH): Completion of Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH).
- Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the industry and market.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and French.
