About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Dami Sushi Japanese Restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure seamless daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals on food and other supplies, and maintain accurate inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and implement procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and work to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Government Programs: Ensure compliance with all relevant government programs and regulations, including recognized employer status and work term requirements.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
Working Conditions
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
