About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at St. Louis Bar & Grill. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service and meeting our high standards.
  • Operations Management: Monitor and control the flow of work, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Assist with the management of our restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant is maintained to the highest standards of health and safety, complying with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
