Customer Support Team Leader

The role of the Customer Service Supervisor at Royal Premier Autos Inc. is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer support team. This position requires a dedicated individual who can lead and motivate staff while maintaining high standards of service.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Oversee and guide the activities of team members, including apprentices and support staff.
- Manage inventory by ordering merchandise as needed.
- Authorize the return of products in accordance with company policies.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues effectively.
- Conduct performance evaluations to foster team development.
This position involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Work Environment- Public transportation options are accessible for commuting.
- The work environment is fast-paced, requiring a keen attention to detail.
- Must be a team player with strong initiative.
