Position Overview

The role of the Customer Service Supervisor at Royal Premier Autos Inc. is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer support team. This position requires a dedicated individual who can lead and motivate staff while maintaining high standards of service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and guide the activities of team members, including apprentices and support staff.
  • Manage inventory by ordering merchandise as needed.
  • Authorize the return of products in accordance with company policies.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues effectively.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to foster team development.

This position involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
