Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee staff development.
  • Manage inventory by ordering merchandise and authorizing returns.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules for team members.
  • Drive sales by actively selling merchandise.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, merchandising strategies, and personnel issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are met.
  • Assess customer service levels and the overall store environment.
