Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Investigator to join our team at Trinity Consultants - Advent Engineering. As a Compliance Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into deviations and compliance issues, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed investigations into deviations and compliance issues, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement procedures for investigating and documenting deviations and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing processes, including upstream and downstream processing, chromatography, bioreactors, and clean-in-place systems.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of metrology, maintenance systems, and quality control procedures.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and track progress.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in investigations and cGMP manufacturing operations.
  • Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and cGMP requirements.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing processes.
  • Experience with quality control procedures and metrology.
