We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Investigator to join our team at Trinity Consultants - Advent Engineering. As a Compliance Investigator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into deviations and compliance issues, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct detailed investigations into deviations and compliance issues, including root cause analysis and identification of corrective actions.
- Develop and implement procedures for investigating and documenting deviations and compliance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with current good manufacturing practices (cGMP) and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing processes, including upstream and downstream processing, chromatography, bioreactors, and clean-in-place systems.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of metrology, maintenance systems, and quality control procedures.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and track progress.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investigations and cGMP manufacturing operations.
- Strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and cGMP requirements.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing processes.
- Experience with quality control procedures and metrology.
