Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Crimes Investigator to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for conducting investigations to identify, assess, and report on potential financial crimes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough investigations to identify and assess potential financial crimes
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and detect financial crimes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial crimes prevention and detection
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in financial crimes prevention and detection
Requirements
  • Typically, between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Investigative or compliance-related experience is required
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, processes, and organization is an asset
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience

What We Offer

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $68,000.00 - $126,000.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
