Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Market Access and Pricing efforts in Canada. As the Head of Markets, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure Daiichi Sankyo's oncology portfolio is accessible and priced competitively in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute market access and pricing strategies for Daiichi Sankyo's oncology portfolio in Canada
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on regulatory strategies and timelines for new product launches
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and government agencies
  • Develop and implement a tactical customer-centric stakeholder engagement plan for Canada
  • Lead the development of the team, including talent planning, capability assessments, coaching, and mentoring direct reports

Requirements:

  • Completed medical, scientific, or economic studies or additional training in the field of health economics or politics
  • Successful track record in access and pricing and product launches in Oncology, preferably in Solid Tumours
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to attract talents, lead, and create a culture of cross-functional collaboration and teamwork
  • Fluency in English, oral and written communication
