Marketing Visionary Wanted

R-LABS is seeking a seasoned marketing expert to drive our brand forward and generate leads from entrepreneurs, investors, and innovation partners. As our new Head of Marketing, you will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that positions R-LABS as the Real Estate Industry Venture Builder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and position R-LABS as a leader in the industry.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to engage social media campaigns, boost visibility, and enhance online presence.
  • Collaborate with entrepreneurs and corporate innovators to support venture-building initiatives and lead community engagement.
  • Build and promote our brand through public relations, key messaging, and website optimization.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, such as launches, conferences, and promotional activities, to elevate our brand and generate leads.
  • Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and meet business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Extensive experience in website management and optimization, designing and implementing marketing programs, and planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events.
  • Proficiency in modern marketing tools for managing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to adapt messaging to suit different audiences and mediums.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing partnerships with entrepreneurs and corporate innovators.
