Job Title: Head of Digital Marketing

As the Head of Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively within the local market. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to support both our recruiting business and our career transition business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy aligning it with the overall country goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to drive brand awareness and market share.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Leverage market research to understand local consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that enhance brand equity and reputation.
  • Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential.
  • Manage the marketing budget for the country, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing strategies with sales goals, product launches, and market feedback.
  • Utilize data analytics and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • ~10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, and internal communications.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities.
