Job Title: Head of Marketing

R-LABS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our venture-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and generate leads
  • Oversee and execute marketing efforts across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and event marketing
  • Collaborate with entrepreneurs and corporate innovators to support venture-building initiatives and lead community engagement
  • Manage public relations, coordinate key messaging, and enhance our online presence through effective website optimization
  • Track performance and refine strategies to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Extensive experience in website management and optimization, designing and implementing marketing programs, and planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events
  • Proficient in modern marketing tools for managing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs
  • Agile and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
