Job Title: Head of Marketing

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our dynamic team as Head of Marketing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, generates leads, and positions R-LABS as the go-to venture-builder in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and events
  • Collaborate with entrepreneurs and corporate innovators to support venture-building initiatives and lead community engagement
  • Build and promote the R-LABS brand through public relations, key messaging, and website optimization
  • Plan and execute marketing events, such as launches, conferences, and promotional activities
  • Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and meet business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Results-oriented doer with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Extensive experience in website management and optimization, marketing program design and execution, and event planning
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to influence outcomes and drive action
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and work effectively with cross-functional teams
