R-LABS is a pioneering venture-builder in the real estate and housing industry, and we're seeking a seasoned marketing expert to drive our brand forward.

About the Role

We're looking for a Head of Marketing who will develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to generate leads, boost visibility, and strengthen stakeholder relationships. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee marketing efforts across multiple channels, including social media, events, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and position R-LABS as the Real Estate Industry Venture Builder.
  • Develop and implement marketing programs to drive brand awareness and recognition.
  • Oversee and execute marketing efforts across multiple channels, including engaging social media campaigns to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate with entrepreneurs and corporate innovators to support venture-building initiatives and lead community engagement to strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Build and promote our brand through effective website optimization, public relations, and key messaging.
  • Plan and execute marketing events, such as launches, conferences, and promotional activities, to elevate our brand and generate leads.
  • Monitor marketing metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and meet business objectives.
Requirements

We're looking for a results-oriented marketing professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies. You should have:

  • Extensive experience in website management and optimization to enhance online presence.
  • Designing and implementing marketing programs that align with business goals.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events.
  • Proficiency in modern marketing tools for managing campaigns and analyzing performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Adapting messaging to suit different audiences and mediums.
  • A proven track record of building and nurturing partnerships with entrepreneurs and corporate innovators.
