Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems

  • Collect and maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff
  • Perform regular backups and recovery operations for our web servers
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Organized and team-oriented with a strong work ethic
