Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, developing and maintaining relationships with existing members, and providing operational support to our team.
This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule including weekends. You will be working closely with our coaches and management team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing members to drive retention and growth
- Provide operational support to our team, including coaching and training
- Assist with sales and recruitment of new members
- Manage client notes and contacts
- 2+ years of sales and management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
