Job DescriptionJob Title: Assistant General Manager - Sales and Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant General Manager to join our team at Sugaringla. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and recruitment, developing and maintaining relationships with existing members, and providing operational support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Provide operational support to our team, including coaching, training, and development
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a prompt and effective manner
- Manage client notes and contacts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements:
- Proven sales and management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
