Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, developing and maintaining relationships with existing members, and providing operational support to our team.
This is a part-time role, approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule including weekends. You will be responsible for managing client notes and contacts, and working closely with our coaches to deliver high-quality training programs.
Key Responsibilities- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing members
- Provide operational support to our team
- Manage client notes and contacts
- Work closely with our coaches to deliver high-quality training programs
- 2+ years of sales and management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
