Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Civil Law Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and legal support to our lawyers, ensuring the smooth execution of our mandates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and legal tasks related to civil law, including managing files and ensuring compliance with deadlines.
  • Prepare legal procedures, such as complaints and requests.
  • Formulate, adjust, and refine various legal documents.
  • Review documents and correspondence to ensure grammatical accuracy.
  • Organize the filing of documents, both physical and digital.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including time entry, invoicing, and expense management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience as a legal assistant or equivalent.
  • Mastery of terminology, legal rules, and procedures, as well as Aliform software.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
  • Complete mastery of the Office suite.
