REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

As a valued member of our Registered Nursing team, you will provide care to residents in accordance with established standards and offer guidance and leadership to the nursing and personal care staff.
This position is for our Tuxedo Villa Home, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with the interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, review, and evaluate resident care plans;
- Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising, and evaluating their work;
- Assist in orienting and training new team members;
- Coordinate the nursing team's resident care assignments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services to residents.
Requirements
- Current registration with the provincial College of Nurses as a Registered Nurse (RN);
- Compassion, professionalism, and respect;
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
