Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Psychiatric Nurse/RN to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
  • Administer interventions and treatments, and lead the healthcare team in providing patient care.
  • Facilitate coordination of patient care and discharge, and demonstrate a commitment to the vision, values, and goals of the organization.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing program or approved Registered Nursing program.
  • Active registration with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba (CRPNM) or the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) training requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Recent, related mental health experience.
  • Knowledge of College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses/Registered Nurses of Manitoba Standards of Practice for Registered Psychiatric/Registered Nurses.
  • Ability to prioritize care for an individual patient or group of patients, and delegate care appropriately.
