Registered Psychiatric Nurse/Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Psychiatric Nurse/Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide professional nursing services to patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide independent nursing services, including administration of interventions and treatments.
- Take a leadership role within the healthcare team and facilitate coordination of patient care and discharge.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain and provide proof of active registration with the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba or the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba.
- Graduate of an approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing program or approved Registered Nursing program.
- Recent, related mental health experience preferred.
- Knowledge of College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses/Registered Nurses of Manitoba Standards of Practice for Registered Psychiatric/Registered Nurses.
- Ability to prioritize care for an individual patient or group of patients.
- Ability to delegate care appropriately and monitor outcomes of delegated care.
- Competency in an Aboriginal language and/or knowledge in Aboriginal customs, traditions, and values.
- Ability to recognize and pursue self-development opportunities.
