Floor Covering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Floor Covering Specialist to join our team at Aesthetic Constructions Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing high-quality floor coverings that meet our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Inspect and measure surfaces to be covered, ensuring they are clean and free of contaminants.
- Flooring Planning: Prepare detailed flooring plans and schedules to ensure efficient installation.
- Tendering and Quoting: Prepare and submit tenders and quotations to clients, estimating costs and materials required.
- Installation: Measure, cut, and install resilient floor coverings, hardwood floors, and other materials as required.
- Testing and Quality Control: Conduct moisture, pH, temperature, and other tests to ensure the quality of the flooring installation.
- Estimation and Removal: Estimate costs and materials required for each project and remove existing floor coverings and contaminants as needed.
- Specialized Installations: Install carpeting on walls or other surfaces, resilient stair components, and materials on countertops and raised platforms.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field or equivalent experience.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
