Regulatory Compliance Specialist

As a Regulatory Technical Advisor at Bombardier Transportation GmbH, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence in our business aircraft interiors. Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership: Lead technical meetings with suppliers, chair design reviews, and master regulatory and industry requirements.
- Product Structure Expertise: Ensure system components meet technical and certification requirements, and act as a technical reference and transfer knowledge through coaching/mentoring within your team.
- Aircraft Certification: Define technical requirements and lead supplier technical strategies for new meubles, and chair the Engineering Control Change Board (ECCB) for RFC/RFQ/P&OIAS and PCR technical approval.
- Communication and Collaboration: Negotiate interfaces with other systems/structures, formalize agreements on Interface Control Drawings (ICD), and work with internal parties to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Education: College or University mechanical or aerospace engineering degree or equivalent.
- Experience: More than fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in business aircraft interiors, with detailed technical Challengers and Globals experience.
- Skills: Expertise in product structure and aircraft certification, solid experience working with Enovia/Catia and Teamcenter/NX, and good communication skills including English writing and verbal skills.
