Culinary Services Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Food Service Supervisor to oversee our culinary operations. The ideal candidate will possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective work schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Order necessary food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the required ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Establish and manage work schedules for the team.
Supervision: Responsible for overseeing 1 to 2 staff members.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Food Safety Certificate.
- Access to public transportation is available.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
