Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules.
- Oversee and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Provide training to staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards for food and service.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Organize and establish work schedules for the team.
This position involves supervising a team of approximately 3-10 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
