Culinary Services Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated **Food Service Supervisor** to oversee our culinary operations. This is a permanent position that requires a commitment to excellence in food preparation and service.

- Working Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the food service industry
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning
- Train employees on job responsibilities, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Estimate necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure food quality and service standards are consistently met
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste
- Prepare and submit operational reports
- Compile food order summaries for the chef
- Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary specialties
- Oversee the assembly of trays and delivery of food carts
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff
