Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kentucky Fried Chicken. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of food to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Team Management: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, including food order summaries for the chef.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.
